NEMO Science Museum

The NEMO Science Museum is the largest science and technology center in the Netherlands, located at Oosterdok 2 in the heart of Amsterdam. Designed by world-renowned architect Renzo Piano, its striking green copper building rises above the Oosterdok and has become one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks.

• Opening Hours:
  NEMO is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
  During school holidays, public holidays, and from April to September, NEMO is also open on Mondays.
  The museum is closed on Monday, 27 April 2026 (King’s Day).

  • Children up to 3 years old: Free
  • Companions of visitors with disabilities or with an Autipas: Free
• Accessibility:
  The museum is fully accessible with elevators, ramps, and family facilities. There is also a café, shop, and picnic area available.
