Brouwerij ’t IJ is a beloved craft brewery in Amsterdam, well known for its organic beers, interesting history, and relaxed atmosphere. Founded in 1985 by Kaspar Peterson, the brewery emerged out of a growing interest in more flavourful, craft-style beers. It is located in a former public bathhouse, right next to the iconic windmill in Amsterdam-Oost.
